About OM Hong Kong

Together with local churches we send out believers to serve abroad, as well as assist churches to establish mission concern groups to care for cross-cultural workers. Our local support staff provides member care, financial assistance, IT support and other practical support to our workers so that they can focus on their ministry.

We host local and overseas short term mission trips with the aim of mobilizing believers to participate in cross-cultural ministries. There are options from 3 to 12 months, equipping participants with biblical knowledge as well as practical mission courses. We also organize meetings with churches as our partners intend to inform believers more about missions.

We present the needs and challenges around the world to the local churches and believers. This is done through our half-yearly magazine “Change” as well as our monthly electronic version of “Change News”, web page, Facebook and mission books. In addition, through the updated news, we can mobilise the church to participate in the Great Commission through prayer and offerings.

In response to the needs of over 340,000 minorities in Hong Kong, we opened an outreach Centre. We arranged workshops, Sunday school and outreach visitation to mobilise more believers to be aware and care for the needs of these least reached people.

For the needs we are not able to meet, we share the needs among the believers to raise fund or give financial support for the needy of our international projects such as Syrian refugees. We also continue to raise funds for the cost of fuel for Logos Hope. Please join us in blessing the nations through your financial support.
